Super Shuttle

We now have an agreement with Super Shuttle which will reduce their regular price by $20.00 round trip and $10.00 one way for Heritage Ranch residents.  These prices will be offered by computer only.  Telephone requests are full price.

The procedure is simple:

1.  Sign in at www.supershuttle.com

2.  Select your city:  Dallas/FtWorth.

3.  Click on: Reservations on Line

4.  Select the following:  type of vehicle desired, name of airport, your name, phone number, and our special group Code/Discount:  U9BKE.   The next page will read "Heritage Ranch."

5.  Enter:  Flight number, name of airline, date, time, and whether domestic or international.

6.  Enter:  Your hotel name or residence address.  You will be asked for a nearby cross street and you may add additional information that's optional.

7.  The price and type of service will be quoted.

8.  You determine the time you wish to be picked up.  We suggest you allow extra time for traffic problems.

9.  Enter your Credit Card Number, and you'll receive a confirmation by e-mail.  It will give you a telephone number for your special requests.

10. If you must cancel, do so at least six hours before arrival or you will be charged.
